All drivers must be 21 years of age or older with a current driver’s license. We do not offer any damage waivers, Proof of full coverage insurance is expected at the time of rental. Payments can be made with credit/debit cards or cash at return. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted, when in the name of the renter. Debit cards are only accepted at the time of returning the rental for final payment. The debit card MUST have a Visa or MasterCard logo on the card to be permitted. A reservation must be canceled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the reservation pick-up date to avoid a $50.00 reservation cancelation fee If no contact has been made by the renter within 3 hours past the scheduled reservation time of pick-up, the renter forfeits the reservation deposit.

Mossy Rentals will provide any customer with a $15 Uber or Lyft credit for transportation to the rental location. All vehicles are rented with a full tank of gas. The vehicle is expected to be returned with a FULL tank of gas. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel, the driver is subject to a $7.00 per gallon charge for fuel replacement. No one-way rentals are permitted. All drivers are limited to travel to only the following states: California, Nevada, and Arizona. No vehicles are permitted to travel into Mexico.
