Dog Days 2022

You can not only find more affordably priced new Toyota vehicles and high-quality pre-owned cars at Mossy Toyota, you can find a bundle of adorable dogs of all shapes and sizes to rescue and play with! This is our 15th year of doing Dog Days of Summer at Mossy Toyota. Dale Snow, our Fixed Ops Director, originally came up with Dog Days in San Diego to promote our summer service specials and coupons. However, it has blossomed into a major event in the greater La Jolla community.

You’ll want to be in town on the 20th for our dog adoption events! Although our specials run all summer, the August Dog Days party is only one day. This will also be our 2nd year since we’ve added the element of Dog Rescues. At last year’s Dog Days of Summer, 30 of our dogs got adopted, so there’s a good chance you could head back home with a cute little poodle, golden retriever, or rottweiler!

What Can You Expect at Mossy Toyota Dog Days of Summer?

Mossy Toyota is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs at risk of being euthanized in the Chula Vista area. That’s why we’ve partnered with local rescue shelters to find as many homes for our loving fur babies as possible! You have the possibility to take home a wonderful pup as well as participate in a variety of thrilling activities, such as:

All Day BBQ
Dunk Tank (Rumor has it Travis Mossy, Andy Stemple, and Santana Torres will be in it)
Photo Booth
Bounce House
Dog Costume Contest
Dog Adoption Event 10am – 1pm
Chihuahua/Pug Race (Registration by 11:30 am – Race starts at 12 pm sharp)

You can even get your Toyota car, truck, or SUV serviced at a discounted price if your repairs are eligible!
