I go to Aaron Blanco every time! He's trustworthy to give you the best and honest advice. I'm never disappointed with his customer service. When the shuttle was busy, he even helped call me a lyft ride home and back while my car was being worked on. Toyota in general is more expensive than some other places for parts and repairs but the service is wonderful: quick and friendly every time. When you take your car in for maintenance, they even offer a car wash while it's there, which is very convenient.

We thought about buying a new car but we didn't really decide where and when to buy. That day we happened to be in the area and we had some time to spare so we decided to go take a look at cars. The minute we walked in, Tommy greeted us with his smile and asked if anything that he could help. He gave us great suggestions when he showed us around. We did a test drive on a 4Runner and we liked it. However, we didn't like the price that the dealer offered so we decided to leave. Tommy called us later and asked about our old car that we would like to trade in and said there might have been something that he could do. We went back and it was almost the closing time. At the end, we agreed with the price that they offered. Tommy waited until we finished all the paperwork and the contract, which was very late...almost midnight. We felt really bad and told him we were sorry but he smiled and said don't be sorry and that was his job to make sure everything was ok. Tommy is an excellent salesperson. He's very sincere and very patient. We are glad that he helped us get this wonderful car. Thank you Tommy!Oh! And the financial guy was terrific too! He stayed late also to finish our paperwork that night. He was very friendly and funny. I think his name is Kevin. Thank you Kevin!

I've never had such a great experience buying a car before. My son bought a vehicle from Mossy Toyota last year, and raved about the treatment he received. That was my reason for going there last week and purchasing a 2015 Toyota Camry. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. William got my application approved in a phone call the day before, and he was happy to greet me when I arrived. When I selected a Camry he turned me over to Bree, a Camry specialist. She was thoughtful and great to talk to, brought me a home-baked cookie, got my new purchase detailed and filled the tank. Eddie worked hard to get me an even better deal with the finance company, which included gap insurance. When he was done, my monthly payment was even lower than the amount I originally agreed to. I highly recommend Mossy Toyota - not to be confused with Mossy Nissan, who treated me like garbage when I visited them in 2017. Mossy Toyota actually delivers on their claim to put their customers first.

Truly HAPPY Customer!!This is the 2nd time I've purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Although I don't remember my previous experience it was pleasant enough that I decided to return (plus location was convenient for me). I started the car "window" shopping process late, 2017. After inquiring online at mossytoyota.com, Derek was the first to contact me. I won the lotto with Derek! I put my cards on the table immediately and informed him that I truly did not know what I wanted to buy (Truck/SUV/Car) and that I was single full-time working mother (also in graduate school) and was in no rush to buy a car (I already own a working vehicle that was fully paid). Derek completely got me and was a true professional; respected my time, budgeted time accurately, never pushed, never oversold, always followed up on missed appointments (I was the flake) and calls; a salesperson with heart. Ironically I started a new job located a few feet from the dealership in February 2018. Drove past the dealership every day wondering if this was a sign...sure enough, I get a "hey, how are you doing?" call from Derek. After a few more missed appointments (I totally bailed on this guy a handful of times) I met with Derek. Since inquiry to introduction, Derek was able to help me reach a decision as to what type of vehicle I could benefit from and want. After deciding on the NEW 2018 Camry XSE the process was a go! Remind you...single mom, full-time worker, full-time student...time is budgeted to the minute. Derek was extremely organized and  TRANSPARENT during the pricing process. Just as we were going into financing the systems crashed (mind you it's 8:30 pm bedtime). I had to leave and get home. Derek never bullied me to stay and completely understood the SINGLE MOMMY factor. This guy has my business from that second forward. I returned (2) days later, yes (2) days later and we finally finalized the financing process (DURING A LUNCH BREAK). He told his finance personnel look this lady is restricted on time and he promised I'd get out as soon as possible (1.5 hours). I went home in my beautiful NEW Camry. A week or so goes by, and I get a letter in the mail inquiring about an account I had with Toyota +10 years ago (co-signed truck with my baby daddy). This letter stated my point of contact was Valerie. I reach out to Valerie, and she was extremely knowledgeable and supportive in addressing my questions related to the inquiry. Valerie and I worked closely together to resolve this inquiring with Toyota, and I couldn't have been luckier to have her assigned to me. Valerie was always available, flexible, understanding, and TRANSPARENT -true professional! She stood by me every step of the way. Once this everything was resolved, she communicated to me right away the good news. I was so happy I could have hugged her if she told me the news in person! This dealership should be proud of the employees they hired Derek and Valerie are true professionals.
